- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Dressing:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Step 2: Make the Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
Step 3: Assemble the Salad
- In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, celery, red onion, and fresh dill. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently until well coated.
Step 4: Chill & Serve
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled as a salad, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
