Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Salad

  2. If using, sprinkle queso fresco and crushed tortilla chips on top for added texture.

Step 2: Make the Dressing

  1. In a small bowl or mason jar, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
