Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- Cube the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2: Cook the Potatoes
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
- In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and butter.
