For the Dipping Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Salmon

  1. Pat dry the salmon bites with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. For extra crunch, coat them lightly with panko breadcrumbs and cornstarch.

Air Fryer Method:
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Pan-Seared Method:
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil.
  2. Cook the salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Oven-Baked Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon bites on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping once.
Grilled Method:
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  2. Thread the salmon bites onto skewers or use a grill basket.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until lightly charred.

Step 3: Make the Dipping Sauce

  1. Mix Greek yogurt (or mayo), lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  2. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

  • Dip into the sauce and enjoy every flavorful bite!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking.
Want spicier bites? Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
Make it gluten-free by using almond flour instead of breadcrumbs.
