  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 or lean)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped (or romaine)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup dill pickles, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

For the Homemade Big Mac Sauce:

 

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

  4. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, then drain excess grease and set aside.

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
