Every kitchen, every cook, and every culture taught me something new—not just about cooking techniques, but about the stories behind each dish and the connections food creates between people.

While I started this journey, I’m far from alone.

Chef Matteo is a passionate cook and co-creator at Fresh Leaf Recipes. He brings a deep love for Mediterranean flavors, seasonal ingredients, and vibrant, wholesome dishes. His recipes are inspired by travels through Italy and Spain, where food is celebrated as a way of bringing people together.

Lina plays a key role in developing and testing our recipes. She focuses on making sure every dish is easy to follow, well-structured, and reliable for home cooks.

Sarah contributes creative inspiration and helps present our dishes in ways that make cooking feel inviting and fun. Her attention to detail helps bring our recipes to life.

Together, the four of us combine different backgrounds, experiences, and cooking styles to create recipes that are fresh, flavorful, and made for real kitchens.
